CPP is doing stack effluent modeling for Mirant’s Potomac River plant. Mirant is injecting Trona for SO2 reduction. (Mirant’s Potomac River plant had been temporarily shut down for air quality concerns. See the June 2006 FGD & DeNOx Newsletter for more on Potomac River.)
