In our previous e-mail to you, we showed how you can use our site for free access to the latest news.  But you can also access the free search capability to provide instant answers to some of your questions.  The searches include sales data and a range of technical information in the air, water, energy, and contamination control fields.

Here are some samples of the searches you can make at no charge.

You can search the end user directory for 100,000 names of people and plants.  You can search by

industry code or a partial company name.  You can also search by person.  If you insert DuPont you get listings for 80 plants.

These are important factors which are not found anywhere else.  The big difference between lime consumption in the East vs. West is not only a result of the different sulfur content but also the calcium in the coal and the reactivity of that calcium.  So an empirical average may be equally or more helpful than a very time consuming calculation which will correctly assess the impacts of sulfur and calcium content but will have to also rely on an empirical reactivity factor.
