BIO: John Jeffery is an environmental consultant assisting both industry and governmental agency clients in the areas of stack sampling, test observations, method development, control device /process audits, and the development of alternate approaches to pollution control. Over the years he has worked in over 14 countries, trained more than 3,000 people, and has been conducting stack testing since the summer of 1974.
