 Albert Lin – Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lin has been the CEO of EmberClear since June 2010. Prior to joining EmberClear he was the Director of Capital Markets for SoonerCap LLC, an investment bank based in the USA. Mr. Lin has served as a member of the Board of Directors for numerous companies, including Nanoamp Solutions, Inc. from 1999 to present, EmberClear from 2007 to present, and Future Power PA, Inc. (FPPI) from 2008 to present.  Mr. Lin was also a director of JiWire, Inc. from 2007 to 2008, and Centrinity Inc. from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Lin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an Honours Masters Business Program Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business. 

Raj Suri - President since December 2010. Mr. Suri became the President of EmberClear following the merger with Future Ventures LLC. Mr. Suri has over 18 years of experience in finance predominantly in the energy business. Mr. Suri's experience includes international tax planning, risk management, deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Mr. Suri received his certification as a Certified Public Accountant in 1992 and earned a Masters in Taxation degree from American University in 1998. Mr. Suri also earned his Masters of Business Administration at Duke University as Fuqua Scholar in 2004.

 James Palumbo - President, FPPI and EmberClear Reserves. Mr. Palumbo brings over 30 years of technical know-how and proven leadership to the organization. Mr. Palumbo has been successfully developing both public and private sector opportunities, which allows him to provide strategic direction to early stage energy ventures. Mr. Palumbo developed concepts for synthetic fuels processing with Institute of Gas Technology and as an engineer at General Electric. At General Electric he specialized in alternative fuels and turbine technologies. As Chief Engineer for Pennsylvania Gas and Water Company, he was responsible for the infrastructure and delivery of utility services to 120,000 customers.  

 He has completed projects for numerous coal, gas and alternative energy power plants and is one of the early architects of efficient Anthracite combustion technologies.  He has been an ardent speaker at several national symposia and published several papers. Mr. Palumbo is a registered engineer in five states.  He earned his B.S. in Engineering at the University of Cincinnati

 Nick Cohen - Chief Operating Officer since December 2010. Mr. Cohen has developed mineral, land, technology and project assets for gasification technologies worldwide.  Mr. Cohen has managed global channel partner relationships in the energy sector and has successfully launched several large projects.  Mr. Cohen served for ten years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania based technology institution, Career Development and Employment, Ltd.  Mr. Cohen has extensive experience with government relations, project development and contracting.  Mr. Cohen earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business, from Duke University.
