The  CAI NOxBOX has been designed to meet the rigorous requirements for SCR monitoring. The air conditioned NEMA 4X enclosure contains a Model 600 heated chemiluminescent NOx analyzer and heated sample pump to allow for direct “close coupling” of the system to the SCR unit by way of a heated sample line. Options include a paramagnetic oxygen analyzer with sample conditioning system and a zero air generator to supply pure air to the NOx analyzer’s ozone generator. The system can be configured to monitor multiple points and includes a variety of outputs including analog, RS-232 and TCP/IP. California Analytical Instruments, Inc. (CAI) based in Orange, California has been a  supplier of quality gas analyzers and systems for use in industrial, environmental, process, health & safety, and automotive emissions measurement applications for over 25 years. . CAI utilizes technologies such as: Chemiluminescence, Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR), Flame Ionization Detection (FID), Paramagnetic, FTIR, and Photoacoustic Infrared Spectroscopy (PAS) for measurement of CO, CO2, NO, NO2, N2O, NH3, O2, CH4, SO2, SF6 and HCL gases. CAI’s computer controlled analyzers are currently installed in 1000’s of facilities, in over 100 countries
